What are Implants?
Very small 'screws' (implants) are placed into your jaw, with the head of the implant left above the gum. The denture will then click onto the Implant and be held very securely with NO movement at all. Denture implants are the first choice of treatment for full lower dentures (no natural lower teeth), as these can be unstable appliances.
